Well Figured Irish Mahogany Side Cabinet of Rectangular outline and good proportions, Circa 1820. Attributed to Dublin maker Williams & Gibton. The rectangular Mahogany top with twin panelled doors enclosing a shelved interior, flanked by twin columns with unusually very detailed heavy brass Mounts ending on 4 carved Feet. The Cabinet just needed some light restoring from our Master Craftmen with a wax finish returning the glorious Patina back to its' original Georgian Look This beautiful piece of Irish History spent most of it's life at the Regal surroundings of All Hallowes College in Dublin. The piece was purchased Circa 1842 for All Hallowes College but was made Circa 1820. This is a superb piece of Irish History and a lucky find for my Gallery
